• Refunds are available only for special cases. Exchanges are a strict no-no after items are sent out.
• Please refrain from haggling prices and we do not do trades. Items are all imported and HARDLY available in Singapore.
Postage details:
• Please add an additional $1 - $2 (where adviced) for normal postage fees
• Please add an additional $2.20 on top of normal postage fees when requesting for registered post
• All postage fees take into consideration the cost of envelopes, stamps, bubble wraps etc.
• We also post worldwide. However, we only accept bank transfers and money orders
•We are not responsible for any lost mails, so its best adviced to get registered post.
